About the Event

As business models are upended and previously untouchable companies become ripe acquisition targets, the COVID-19 crisis will bring about many opportunities for acquisitions and mergers at reasonable prices.

However, with the stakes also higher, M&A teams need to take more care than usual to deliver value. In support of these teams, Brand Finance has conducted a study of the financial effects of rebrands following mergers and acquisitions on a global scale – the first such study of its size.

By looking at all of the public acquisitions in the world above $500m over the last five years, we have identified the key trends from 3,000 acquisitions – which account for 80% of the total value of public acquisitions in the world – to determine how to make sure your next brand architecture change delivers value.

Join us for our online webinar to explore and discuss how to make one of the most important decisions in a M&A deal smoothly and successfully.

The online discussion will be led by Alex Haigh, Valuation Director at Brand Finance, and Lorenzo Coruzzi, Senior Consultant at Brand Finance.

The hour-long virtual event will include a presentation, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
